PRATHAM REET

Full Stack Dev and CSE Student, Who Automates 1-Minute Tasks in 10 Hours (And Calls It Productivity) - Linux Distro Collector. Building Stuff Nobody Asked For Since Forever.

I'm Pratham, a full stack developer studying CSE, though college feels like a 9-to-5 I never applied for. I build random tools and services just because the idea popped up, even if it means spending 10 hours automating something that takes a minute. That's where the real fun is. I'm obsessed with peer-to-peer systems, decentralization, and everything BitTorrent. Linux is my comfort zone — I've tried more distros than ice cream flavors and I'm still exploring. I have this habit of creating an app for every tiny problem I face, then spending twice as long debugging it. But honestly, that's half the fun. I was a Cloud9 Grandmaster for India, so gaming runs deep. When I'm not coding or gaming, I'm on Discord, yeah AFK

Playing Video Games, Hit Cloud9 Grandmaster for CS2 in India. I play Apex Legends, R6, and random souls games that test my sanity. Just an escape when life gets too structured.
I binge shows and movies constantly, and I'm obsessed with Optimus Prime.
Likes to surf torrent sites checks — DHT, magnet links, peer swarms. I download stuff, collect archives, and do piracy too... shhh.
EDM is my soundtrack, keep the energy up during late-night sessions
I spend time on Discord talking gaming and tech, moderating communities, and watching Twitch streams to zone out haha.
I love meeting people into deep tech, helping others learn, and working with startups for free because friends don't charge up money, often browse open source tools and find bugs to and raise PRs to look cool
Blood Donation Drive on 1st OCT, 2024 - Donated blood at a college camp because it felt like the right thing to do. Rolled up my sleeve, spent 10 minutes on a bed, and hopefully helped someone out there. It's not much, but if it saves a life, that's cool.
Tree Plantation on 26th SEPT, 2024 - Planted a sapling on campus because the environment needs all the help it can get. Honestly, I just hope it doesn't die on me. Trying to keep it alive by watering it whenever I remember.
Linux Workshop on 20th JUNE, 2023 - Taught a session on Linux at an institute because I'm obsessed with it anyway and figured I'd share. Showed them distros, terminal commands, and why open-source is just better. It was fun explaining something I geek out about, and hopefully some of them got hooked too.
